The Power of Meditation - Yoga and Power Yoga is a series of yoga-like poses designed to bring balance to your body and mind. This class will help you feel fresh and invigorated as you move around the mat. This class will also include hands-on postures to help you to develop strength in your body and mind. We will incorporate breath work and meditation to give you a fun, full-body workout with great progress. The class is designed for all levels.
